The Firm J. H. & Co. was started as a Partnership Concern in 1995, by CA Hemant Vora (B.Com., Grad. CWA., FCA, DISA) and CA Jatin Shah (B.Com., FCA.). In October 2008 CA Alay Shah (B.com. Grad. C.W.A. F.C.A) joined as a Partner to give the firm required support in the field of Systems, Project Finance and help the firm in giving better services to the clients.

All the partners are Graduates in Commerce and have a Post Graduate Degree Course (F.C.A.) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, a premier Accounting Institute of India. CA Hemant Vora has done a Post Graduate Degree Course (Grad.C.W.A.) from the Institute of Cost and Work Accountants of India and has also completed a Diploma Course on Information Systems Audit (ISA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. CA Alay Shah has also done a Post Graduate Degree Course (Grad.C.W.A.) from Institute of Cost and Work Accountants of India.

The Firm is engaged in providing services to clients in the field Taxation, Audit, Project Finance, System implementation and Management Consultancy. The Firm has adequate infrastructure in terms of efficient assisting staff and computers to handle large scale assignments.

Our Team

CA Hemant Vora is a Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Graduate Member of Institute of Cost J.H. & Co. CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT & Works Accountants of India. He handles Taxation, Project Finance, and areas in Management Consultancy.

CA Jatin Shah is a Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He handles Audit and Taxation.

STAFF

The firm has a team of trained staff comprising Chartered Accountants, Senior and Junior Assistants along with excellent support personnel. Additional staff are hired on case to case basis.

Associated Professionals

CA Alay Shah is a Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He handles Project Finance, Investments and areas in Management Consultancy. He has provided advise and assistance in setting up India`s National Stock Exchange (NSE) front office right from application till setting up back office system for a NSE Broker and system for a Cement Plant. He has also assisted a client for setting up Non Conventional Power Plant. At present he is engaged is setting up Systems which are comparable to a mini ERP for a manufacturing unit and a Trading Unit of medium size organisation.

Mr. Mahesh R. Shah is a Indian resident with the age of 62 years who is a qualified and an experienced chartered accountant and a company secretary as well with a high level of initiative and drive. He has a undertook assignments of indoor as well as foreign clients. 37 years of Post Qualification Experience has provided him an opportunity to gain vast, varied and rich expertise in Accounts, Audit, Finance, Budgeting, Costing, Bank loans. In addition, he has also handled DGFT & EPCG matters for import of capital equipment, dealt with RBI and Enforcement Directorate for FERA and FEMA matters and CBI for a matter pertaining to JPC committee's Report.
